I'm ready to order my website! How do I get started?

What forms of payment do you accept?
All money transactions should be made via PayPal using your PayPal account and/or your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card.

How long will it take for my website to be up and running?
Depending on the design, your website will be available 5 to 10 business days after we receive your deposit payment and your website's content (text, images, logo, etc.).

What if I don't have a logo? Will you design one?
Unfortunately we don't currently design branding logos.

What's the web design process like?
Initial consultation
Contact us and let us know which design package you would like to purchase. We will ask you a few questions that will help us understand what your needs are.
Contract
We will send you (via email or fax) two copies of our contract with details about what we have agreed to do, what our rates are, our payment terms, and what our timeline will be. After you approve and sign the contract, we will ask you to fax (or scan and email) it back to us. Your 50% deposit payment will be due at this point.
Design
This stage begins when we receive your signed contract, deposit payment and your website's content (text, images, logo, etc.). We will register your domain name and design your website on a test-server. Once your website is completed, we will ask you to review it and ask us to make any changes if necessary.
Final Payment
When you are satisfied with your website we will ask you to send us the remaining 50% of your fee. Upon receipt of your final payment your website will be uploaded to its permanent server and we will make it available to the world!
Ongoing Support and Updates
After your website is completed, you might need to update it and make some changes (such as updating a menu if you own a restaurant). Small updates such as text changes are included in your yearly rate. Page redesigns are subject to a $40 one time fee per modified page

I already have a website, can you fix it or maintain it?
Unfortunately, we don't fix or maintain existing websites. If you already have a domain name and a website you're not happy with, we will gladly redesign it for you. Please contact us to see how we can help you.
